GO is maltodextrin rather than sucrose (table sugar) based to ensure that it is light on the stomach and clean in taste whilst providing a great source of carbohydrate energy. It has all the essential electrolytes (salts), Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Chloride for rapid hydration and electrolyte replacement. GO is available in 3 great flavours so everyone can find a drink they enjoy to drink.
